A female former friend of the Season 3 Voice alum, Timothy Heller, accused Martinez of raping her in a series of tweets posted last night. In response, Martinez tweeted she was “horrified and saddened by the statements and story told tonight by Timothy Heller,” adding that “she never said no to what we chose to do together. And although we parted ways, I am sending her love and light always."
