NBC News president Noah Oppenheim emailed employees Sunday to inform them a staffer on Today's third hour tested positive for coronavirus after receiving medical care for "mild symptoms." Today's third hour will still air on Monday, but its editorial team will work from home. It's not clear who will helm Monday's show, which is regularly hosted by Sheinelle Jones and Dylan Dreyer, alongside co-hosts Al Roker and Craig Melvin. “As you know, we have been preparing for this possibility and are taking all necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our teams, which includes multiple deep cleanings of our offices, control room and Studio 1A,” Oppenheim said in his memo. UPDATE: Al Roker and Craig Melvin are taking today off "out of an abundance of caution."
