NBC News said Roker and Melvin stayed home from work today "out of an abundance of caution" after a staffer on the third hour of Today contracted coronavirus. "Feeling great this am," Melvin posted on Instagram, accompanied by a video of his Today colleagues Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb announcing the news this morning. "Thinking about our friend and colleague. Thinking about everyone grappling with this right now. I’ll be fine. So will we." Roker added in a tweet: "Feeling fine. Don’t worry about us. Thinking about our colleagues and all those who are really suffering. And God Bless the health care providers and #FirstResponders helping."
