The Daily Show host and Colbert swapped places for a 12-minute "Flipped Interview" segment to compare jobs. Noah and Colbert both started in their current late-night shows in the same month, September 2015. When Noah asked about Colbert's early struggles and whether he had made a terrible mistake, Colbert responded that the move to CBS "was one of the most agonizing things I’d ever done," yet “I never thought about stopping.”
