Trump campaign requests a fourth debate with a proposed list of moderators

In addition to asking a fourth debate, the Trump campaign wants the debates to begin in early September because of early mail-in voting. The list of potential moderators for the proposed fourth debate includes many Trump-friendly TV personalities, including Real World alum Rachel Campos-Duffy. The list also features traditional network anchors like David Muir, Norah O'Donnell and Hoda Kotb.
