The comedian, bestselling author and former Google employee who's gone viral this year with her TikTok lip-syncing of President Trump will star in Sarah Cooper: Everything’s Fine, a Netflix comedy special premiering this fall that Natasha Lyonne is directing. Maya Rudolph and Paula Pell will serve as executive producers along with Cooper. The news comes the morning after Cooper guest-hosted Jimmy Kimmel Live! Netflix says the special will feature “short interviews, sketches” and vignettes with Cooper and guests on the topics of “politics, race, gender, class, and other light subjects.” Before her viral fame, Cooper authored the bestselling book 100 Tricks to Appear Smart in Meetings: How to Get By Without Even Trying and was a writer and correspondent on the Stephen Colbert-produced pilot Old News.
