Two women accuse David Blaine of sexual assault in the late 1990s

The NYPD is investigating separate allegations from two women who alleged the celebrity magician attacked them more than 20 years ago in Manhattan. One women alleges that Blaine hypnotized her into compliance. According to The New York Post, Blaine can't be charged with any crimes because the statue of limitations for prosecuting him has lapsed. In October 2017, a former model came forward alleging Blaine raped her in Britain 2004. But investigators didn't proceed with charges.
