Ty Pennington is returning to home makeover television with HGTV's Ty Breaker

The Trading Spaces and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition alum has signed on to star in the eight-episodes reality show that will follow him as helps families in need decide whether to overhaul their current property or renovate a new one. Pennington will be joined by Windy City Rehab star Alison Victoria, One of a Kind designer Grace Mitchell and The High/Low Project designer Sabrina Soto. While the three women try to persuade the family to choose something new, Pennington will try to convince them to stay put. Ty Breaker is expected to air next year.
