The House of Payne revival is being billed as a seventh season of Perry's 2006-20012 comedy that ran for 254 episodes on TBS. Perry previously hinted that a House of Payne revival was in the works. Tyler Perry's Assisted Living, meanwhile, is a comedy set in a terribly run-down home for the elderly.
