Vida star Mishel Prada joins Riverdale in a recurring role

Prada's role on The CW series won't affect her work on the Starz series. Prada will play Hermosa, "a Miami-born and -raised private investigator who arrives in town in classic femme fatale fashion," according to The Hollywood Reporter. "Hermosa is confident, ambitious and calculating — and knows that everything comes with a price."
