Vin Diesel to produce Conway, a potential NBC crime drama about a detective whose brain injury gives him special abilities

The action film star is teaming with writer Jonny Umansky on Conway, which "centers around St. Louis detective Cal Conway, who finds his world turned upside down when he wakes up from a coma with exceptional cognitive abilities. Returning to the force, he sets out to solve the city’s most complex cases but the discovery of a lethal side effect makes Cal wonder whether his new abilities are more of a blessing or a curse." Conway revolves around a brain condition that affects 50 people around the world.
