Hulu's Fyre Fraud, released on Monday, throws serious shade at Netflix's Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened, which drops on Friday. The Hulu film calls out the Netflix film for being co-produced by F*ckJerry, AKA Jerry Media, the same company that was responsible for the Fyre Festival. But the Netflix doc insists that Jerry Media did not request favorable coverage of the film despite being a partner. Meanwhile, the Netflix documentary is calling out Hulu's Fyre Fraud for paying $250,000 for an exclusive interview with convicted Fyre Festival founder Billy McFarland. But the Hulu filmmakers insists they didn't pay that much money to McFarland, but it did pay him for licensed behind-the-scenes footage and for consent to an eight-hour interview.
