Why Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon didn't reprise their Cord & Tish characters for this year's Rose Parade

Ferrell's Cord Hosenbeck and Shannon's Tish Cattigan were noticeably missing from yesterday's Rose Parade after broadcasting from Pasadena for Amazon in 2018 and for Funny Or Die's YouTube channel in 2019. “For a variety of reasons, Funny Or Die unfortunately won’t be able to do our annual Rose Parade broadcast this year. But we look forward to returning to Pasadena soon, hopefully in 2021,” Funny or Die said in a statement.
