Barry will take its final bow after Season 4.
While there's been speculation that HBO's dark comedy would come to a close with its fourth season, Anthony Carrigan - who plays endearing mobster NoHo Hank - has confirmed that the series will end with Season 4.
During an appearance on the Hollywood at Home with The Creative Coalition podcast, Carrigan was asked if the upcoming season was really "the final season", to which he replied "yeah, it is." In September, Carrigan's co-star Henry Winkler had hinted that the series would likely conclude with Season 4 "because Bill [Hader] and Alec [Berg] never try to stretch" stories past their expiration date.
Barry Season 4 is set to see Bill Hader in the director's chair again for every episode. Writing for the season is currently underway. A premiere date has not been announced yet.
Barry Seasons 1-3 are streaming on HBO Max.
