And the winner of America's Got Talent: Extreme is... Alfredo Silva's Cage Riders!
The cage riding group was one of two finalists to perform on Monday night's AGT: Extreme finale, and they more than lived up to the show's title with their nail-biting performance. The multi-part act featured four motorbikes zooming through the "Cage of Death" and additional riders performing high-flying tricks overhead, all set to "My Songs Know what You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)" by Fall Out Boy.
Judges Simon Cowell, Travis Pastrana, and Nikki Bella praised Alfredo Silva's Cage Riders performance, but it was Cowell who offered the most praise. "Your audition was a 10. Tonight you went to 11," he said. "I cannot believe there is anything more you could've done tonight to give yourself a chance at winning."
Cowell proved to be right: at the end of the finale, host Terry Crews named Alfredo Silva's Cage Riders AGT: Extreme's first-ever champions and handed them a $500,000 check. Not bad for just four weeks of effort.
