Cisco and Chester Time Travel to the 1990s in The Flash Promo

In this promo for next week's episode of The Flash, Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Chester (Brandon McKnight) are somehow thrown back in time to the 1990s, although judging by their wardrobe choices, they dress like 1991 even though they're in 1998 (some of us remember there was significant evolution in style in that seven-year span).

The Flash airs Tuesday nights at 8:00 PM ET on the CW.
