Netflix would have us believe it's an age-old question for cash-strapped engage couples: do you plan a dream wedding or buy your first home? In this trailer for the streamer's new reality series Marriage or Mortgage, a real estate agent and a wedding planner compete for the business of people who can't just decide between a day of beautiful moments and a house in which they can start their families.

Marriage or Mortgage premieres March 10 on Netflix.
