FX has released a first look at Season 4 of Snowfall, with the cast weighing in on what fans can expect
We learn that Season 4 picks up in the mid-1980s, that Franklin Saint (Damson Idris) is terrified of what he sees in the mirror as he tries to put himself back together after the events of Season 3, and Teddy McDonald (Carter Hudson) is starting to fray at the edges from stress and realize how expendable he is.
"It's inevitable that our show get darker and darker," says Angela Lewis, who plays Aunt Louie.
"We see now what Franklin has created, and it's starting to get ahead of him," adds Kevin Carroll (Alton Saint), indicating the escalating gang war that will put everybody through something traumatic.
"It's going to be just as eye-opening, just as educating, and just as shocking as the previous seasons," Idris says.
Snowfall returns to FX Wednesday February 24 at 10:00 PM ET.
