As we approach Fargo's Season 4 finale this coming Sunday, FX is takingus inside that crazy tornado shootout sequence from the "East/West" episode and just why and how it came to pass.
There's a shoot-out going down between Rabbi (Ben Whishaw), Calamita (Gaetano Bruno) and Omie (Corey Hendrix), a power struggle that gets prematurely ended by the arrival of a tornado — they ARE in Kansas City, after all.
Co-executive producer Enzo Mileti explains "It's a reminder that we are pretty small. There is a chaos in the universe."
"This tornado kind of comes in and reminds everybody what power truly is," adds co-executive producer Scott Wilson.
Director Dana Gonzales goes through the nuts and bolts of how they made this cinematic special effects sequence happen in a matter of days, instead of the weeks that a feature film might spend on it.
The season finale of Fargo airs Sunday, November 29, at 10:00 PM ET on FX.
