Sarah Silverman Can't Believe She's Guest-Hosting Ellen

Sarah Silverman is not your typical daytime talk show host, given how dirty her material generally is, but she's guest-hosting for Ellen Monday anyway, so she hit the topic head on with a song.

"What's she gonna do? How's she gonna do it? Daytime TV Sarah! What's it gonna be like? Can she handle it? Will she say things that are bleeped like s--t or asshole or diarrhea? Come on, Sarah, you beautiful animal you!"

That's your opening number, although she quickly explained "I actually made that up off the top of my head, and if I didn't it would be terrible."

Silverman did assure everyone that she is a "full-grown woman" who is capable of behaving. "It's really all about the advertisers, right? That's what it is. I know the game. They can't sell Activia if the host is saying p---y every two seconds."

"I'm really not looking to be offensive or upset anybody, but it's just ingrained in me," she added, before pointing out her father in the audience. "I was raised by a man who says the f-bomb every other word." 

Her step-mother was also in the audience, and Silverman joked "I'm literally ruining her favorite show right now."
