Teddy Emerges From Her Catatonic State on Grey's Anatomy

In this clip from Thursday's Grey's Anatomy, Teddy (Kim Raver) finally manages to emerge from her trauma-induced catatonic state after the spirit-world version of Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) helps her realize that she can't make perfect sense of all of her personal tragedies and mistakes, and that there is no joy without pain. She also assures her that she will do her best not to die. 

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursday nights at 9:00 PM ET on ABC.
