For the first time in over a year, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon was back in Studio 6B Monday night with an actual live studio audience, bringing us all once step closer to normalcy, such as it is.
"I've never been more excited to do a show for 58 people in my entire life," Fallon said, referring to the socially-distanced crowd of first responders and health care workers, all of whom were fully masked and fully vaccinated. "After (the) last year, this is like performing at a sold out Madison Square Garden."
The Roots were also back in place in the bandstand, and good ol' Steve Higgins was back at his podium as well. Andy Cohen was also live and in person as a guest, but Tracee Ellis Ross still zoomed in remotely.
