In the first three episodes of WandaVision, we've seen Wanda Maximoff and the Vision happily ensconced in a surreal sitcom reality, with only the vaguest sense that maybe something is not quite right. You know, like the fact that the Vision is supposed to be dead, and real life isn't a sitcom.
In this just-released clip from this week's episode, we get our first real look at what the heck is going on in that outside world, with SHIELD Agent JImmy Woo (Randall Park, as seen in Ant-Man and The Wasp) and Captain Rambeau (Teyonah Parris, the adult version of the kid in Captain Marvel) realize that there's some kind of energy field that's either trapped Wanda inside it, or keeping anyone who would disturb Wanda's altered reality out. Or maybe a bit of both.
We also get our first glimpse of the return of Darcy (Kat Dennings), who hasn't been seen since Thor: The Dark World in 2013.
