Los Espookys' Julio Torres Returns to HBO with a New Comedy Special

If you're searching for something truly unique this Saturday, look no further than HBO, where comedian (and SNL writer) Julio Torres, who recently appeared in the network's quirky Latin American comedy series Los Espookys, re-teams with producer Fred Armisen to present his personal (and bizarre) approach to comedy. Bonus: Lin-Manuel Miranda lends his voice to a cactus.

CABLE PREMIERE: HBO's big Saturday Night movie premiere this week is Aquaman. There was a time when DC Comics ruled the big screen with blockbusters like Superman: The Movie and 1989's Batman, but these days Marvel reigns supreme. With expected tent-poles like Batman v Superman and Justice League failing to raise the roof, its been surprise champions like Wonder Woman and 2018's Aquaman that have proven to be DC's more recent breakout hits. SERIES PREMIERE: Animal Planet's new 10 episode series The Zoo: San Diego takes an in-depth look at one of America's most legendary zoos. TV MOVIE PREMIERE: Real life husband and wife stars Roselyn Sanchez (Grand Hotel) and Eric Winter (The Rookie) team up for A Taste of Summer, where they play competing chefs who find success in the kitchen and love on the menu. Watch the preview. 9:00 PM ET on Hallmark
