    Though he's been a presence all week at the Republican National Convention, President Trump is scheduled to officially accept his party's nomination tonight in a primetime speech from The White House.  Also today: Class Action Park drops on HBO Max, Kevin Hart's Celebrity Game Face returns to E!, and Madea bids farewell on BET. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Thursday:

    LIVE COVERAGE: Expect Donald Trump to hit all the old favorites tonight at the 2020 Republican National Convention tonight, as he formally accepts his party's nomination with an address to the nation. Other speakers tonight are scheduled to include Rudy Giuliani, Mitch McConnell and Ben Carson. Coverage begins at 8:30 PM ET/5:30 PT on cable news and PBS, and at 10:00 PM ET/7:00 PM PT on ABC, CBS and NBC

    DOCUMENTARY PREMIERE: The documentary film Class Action Park turns its cameras on the most dangerous amusement park of all time, New Jersey's infamous Action Park, where there were no rules, questionable insurance practices, zero safety protocols, and numerous deaths.     SERIES PREMIERE: The July one-off event Celebrity Game Face returns as a five-episode series, with executive producer and host Kevin Hart once again welcoming celebrities for a Zoom-enabled night of fun and games.
