Reality TV Goes to the Dogs in New ABC Grooming Competition Pooch Perfect

It seems dog grooming is to reality TV this year what families with eight or more kids were a few years back. Arriving hot on the heels of Netflix's Haute Dog, ABC's new Rebel Wison-hosted dog grooming competition Pooch Perfect gives ten teams of professional groomers the chance to show off their skills as they compete for a $100,000 prize. The series kicks off its eight-episode first season tonight.

Also today: Supergirl returns for its sixth and final season, Young Rock hangs with Andre the Giant, and HBO offers up a first-person account of the cruise ship that spent weeks stranded at sea in the early days of the COVID crisis. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Tuesday:
