Freeform is poised to have anything but a Cruel Summer thanks to the success of its new twisty teen thriller. In its first week, Cruel Summer nabbed 3.81 million viewers across Freeform’s various platforms, making it the network’s most-watched series debut ever. The ‘90s-set drama continues tonight with an episode that sees Jeanette (Chiara Aurelia) and kidnapping victim Kate (Olivia Holt) crossing paths in yet another bombastic encounter.
