Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore, "one of the poorest schools in the country in one of the toughest neighborhoods in the country," nonetheless has a powerhouse high school football program that is profiled in the new four-part documentary series The Cost of Winning. The Cost of Winning premieres November 10 at 9:00 PM ET on HBO.
