After weeks of delays, Rudy Giuliani was finally unmasked as Jack in the Box Wednesday night on The Masked Singer. As was reported by Deadline in early February, Giuliani's reveal prompted judge Ken Jeong to walk off the set, though the moment was far less dramatic than early reports suggested.
Giuliani's big reveal came after he performed "Bad to the Bone" by George Thorogood and the Destroyers. Jack in the Box's clue package poked fun at his Four Seasons Landscaping press conference disaster and referenced his history of officiating weddings, but the judges all failed to identify him, with Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg guessing Joe Pesci and Jeong suggesting Elon Musk.
Immediately after Giuliani's reveal, he launched into another rendition of "Bad to the Bone," prompting Jeong to declare, "I'm done," and walk off the set. Deadline initially reported that Robin Thicke walked off, as well, but if he did, The Masked Singer declined to air it, as only Wahlberg and Nicole Scherzinger were shown dancing on-screen.
The Jack in the Box is one of five "Bad" characters on The Masked Singer Season 7. This season's theme is "The Good, The Bad, and The Cuddly," with characters ranging from the Firefly to Miss Teddy, who was revealed last week to be singer Jennifer Holliday.
The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays at 8:00 PM ET on FOX.
