The Archie Gang Jumps Ahead 7 Years in New Riverdale Promo

A massive time jump is afoot in this new promo for next week's Riverdale.

After the gang finally graduated from high school in the last night's episode, the show will be leaping ahead seven years, as Archie (K.J. Apa) returns home from his military service to find that Riverdale has been officially dissolved and degenerated into a derelict town. Archie seems determined to bring his hometown back from the brink, no matter who he has to clobber with a baseball bat.

Riverdale airs Wednesdays at 8:00 PM ET on CW.
