Luke Bryan joked about the viral Astronomer CEO's clip, making a kiss cam joke during his concert at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina, to warn attendees about potential affairs.

On July 17, 2025, the American Idol judge asked who among the audience brought their secretary to the show, and told them not to get "caught" by the cameras.

Then Luke Bryan began singing his 2015 song, Strip It Down.

"We're gonna shine our cameras on anybody. Who's here with their secretary tonight? It's gotta be someone way up there. Do not get caught tonight," Luke Bryan said.

The X account @GloryDoge uploaded the clip from the singer's show.

For the unversed, Astronomer's CEO, Andy Byron, was caught on camera hugging the company's head of HR, Kristin Cabot, at a Coldplay concert, when the band's "kiss cam" caught them amongst the crowd.

As Chris Martin wondered out loud whether the two were having "an affair" or being shy, Byron knelt, trying to hide from the camera, seemingly. Cabot turned around with a surprised expression.

The clip went viral on social media, and netizens quickly found their identities.

After Luke Bryan's trolling, Astronomer released their first official statement on the alleged affair

The Astronomer released its statement on LinkedIn on July 18, 2025, stating that its leaders are expected to uphold the standards in "conduct and accountability." They have initiated an internal investigation into the alleged affair rumors.

The company also clarified that the viral Andy Byron's apology letter is fake, and the woman besides Byron and Cabot in the viral clip is not their employee, Alyssa Stoddard.

According to Astronomer, netizens wrongly identified her as Stoddard, while she or any other employee from the company was not present at the concert.

"The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly. Alyssa Stoddard was not at the event and no other employees were in the video. Andy Byron has not put out any statement, reports saying otherwise are all incorrect," the company stated.

Meanwhile, a source told The New York Post on July 17, 2025, that the company's former employees are allegedly enjoying the online discourse surrounding CEP Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot.

They claimed that Andy Byron was reportedly a "toxic" and "aggressive" boss.

"The text groups and chains of former employees are like, everybody's laughing their a*s off and enjoying the hell out of what happened and him getting exposed," they stated.

According to the media outlet, Byron is married to Megan Kerrigan Byron, and Kristin Cabot divorced her husband, Kenneth Thornby, in 2022.

In other news, Luke Bryan released his last album, Mind of a Country Boy, on September 27, 2024, and is currently on the Country Song Came On Tour, along with his Farm Tour.

On May 9, 2025, the popular singing show American Idol announced on Instagram that it would return for another season in 2026, with the judges remaining the same: Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Carrie Underwood.
