CBS orders Celebrity IOU copycat Secret Celebrity Renovation

As The Wrap points out, CBS has announced Secret Celebrity Renovation the same day as Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott's Celebrity IOU returns for a second season. Hosted by Entertainment Tonight’s Nischelle Turner, Secret Celebrity Renovation "gives celebrities in sports, music and entertainment the chance to gift a surprise home renovation to a meaningful person who helped guide them to success,” according to the official description. As The Wrap notes, that's very similar to Celebrity IOU, which "features Hollywood A-listers who express their deep gratitude to the individuals who have had a major impact on their lives by gifting them with heartwarming home renovations that bring everyone to tears."
