The rapper-turned-actor's critically acclaimed debut studio album AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted was released 30 years ago this week and featured "A Gangsta's Fairytale," a song that sampled the Mister Rogers' Neighborhood theme. To commemorate the 30th anniversary, Cube has been offering some tidbits, such as the lawsuit filed by Fred Rogers. “It’s a trip because off this song, Mr. Rogers sued us," Cube said on Instagram Live. "He was mad because we had the Mister Rogers theme at the beginning of this shit. ‘It’s a wonderful day in the neighborhood’ and all that. The n***a sued us and was getting like five cents a record until we took that part off.”
