David Baker, the president of the Hall of Fame, caught the longtime Fox Sports broadcaster off guard during Thursday's NFL Network game between the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals with the announcement that he is being honored with the Pete Rozelle Award, which is presented to someone with a "longtime exceptional contributions to radio and television in professional football." Joe Buck and his legendary broadcaster dad, Jack Buck, will become the only father-son duo in the Pro Football Hall of Fame together. The late Jack Buck was honored with the Pete Rozelle Award in 1996.
