In this new trailer for the new Netflix series The Irregulars, based on the Baker Street Irregulars from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories, we see the classic tales being bent towards the supernatural as "someone has opened up a rip in the barrier between this world and the next," prompting all sorts of demons and ghouls to emerge, while people rise from their graves and angry birds assault the citizens of London.
Dr. John Watson (Royce Pierreson) reaches out to them to help guide them, although there is an assertion that "Sherlock Holmes doesn't exist anymore," hinting at a mystery the legendary sleuth won't be available to solve. However, Jessie (Darci Shaw) seems to be capable of having metaphysical visions, which may give them the edge they need against this ever-changing new world.
The Irregulars premieres March 26 on Netflix.
