A source tells Page Six that Zirinsky made it clear she wanted out of her job as head of CBS News. “There was a CBS corporate budget meeting she was in — it dragged on and on — and at one point Susan wrote on a piece of paper ‘I hate my job’ and just held it over her head in protest," the source said. Previous reports affirmed that Zirinsky didn't like her job, which is why she's returning to her decades-long role as a producer, not only at CBS News, but for other ViacomCBS properties.
